The saving, and the control
Keep the duty and import VAT you recover. Your team runs the process. There is no success fee and no Munire share of the repayment.
PricingMunire Customs Cloud
One organisation, 2 named users, the complete Customs workflow. No Munire percentage of recoveries. No success fee. No separate statement of work per claim. For importers, that is the saving: you keep what HMRC repays. For intermediaries, that is the practice: the workflow and client management without sharing recoveries with Munire. Private access can be arranged ahead of general availability — contact us for details.
01 / The benefit
A recovery-linked fee looks cheap until a claim succeeds. Munire’s subscription is the whole software cost of the process — analysis, evidence, C285 and C&E1179 — whether you are the importer or a firm acting for one.
Keep the duty and import VAT you recover. Your team runs the process. There is no success fee and no Munire share of the repayment.
Onboarding, authority, claims, evidence and your own fees across a client book. Charge clients however you choose. Munire charges you only for the software.
Declarations, analysis, investigation, evidence, controls, claim workflow and review. Additional named users are discussed at access. Cloud now; sovereign deployment separately.
Illustrative total-cost comparison
Some lower entry prices add a recovery-linked fee when a claim is progressed. Adjust the assumptions. The Munire side stays a fixed software subscription: £650 + VAT per organisation / month, 2 named users.
For an importer, the retained figure is the cost you do not pay a recovery-linked provider — on top of keeping the reclaim itself.
02 / The boundary
An intermediary using Munire may still charge their own clients a fixed fee or a percentage. An importer may do the work in-house or instruct their own adviser. Those are customer decisions — not a fee built into the Munire application.
Munire does not sit on the repayment. There is no deduction, success fee or recovery-linked invoice from Munire.
Keep the reclaim if you are the importer. Charge a practice fee if you act for clients. Either way, the software price does not move with the outcome.
